1. Form Review

You will fill the Individual or Corporate form .


We will review your form submission, and confirm your introductory meeting.

2. In Person or Online

Introductory Meeting

Purpose: align on objectives, timeline, and a high-level model view.

No confidentials shared; no commitments made.

3. Agreement

NDA, FDD, & Contract

We will sign an NDA and share the franchise brief (investment, operations, BOOST, governance).

Upon agreement, we will finalize the Contract Signing,

4. Alignment

BOOST Kickoff

We will release deliverables, and issue the pre-opening plan.

You will appoint the team, engage local contractors and activate the BOOST implementation.

5. Kickoff

Launch & Opening

Upon readiness, we will initiate soft-launch, and monitor KPIs.

Transition (soft → grand), run campaigns, and commence regular reporting.
